Halo 3 Co-op to be Offline Only? |

Rumors were swirling on Wednesday that Halo 3 may not include online cooperative play right out of the box and that the feature might become available as downloadable content at a later date.
Or not…According to the staff at CVG, who claim to have their hot little hands on an advance copy of the next issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly, Bungie's Frank O'Connor told the magazine that implementing the feature over Xbox LIVE has been a "challenge" and might not fly at all.O'Connor wasn't immediately available for comment, and Microsoft spokesman Joe Dimiero said he could not say whether the info was accurate."We have yet to publicly confirm anything regarding co-op in Halo 3," he said, when asked whether the feature was in or out.Does this mean we'll actually have to sit in the same room with our friends to team up against the Covenant horde? Say it ain't so, Bungie.
