This is the second delay for the game, with the first hold up announced back in May. The reason for that delay was due to development. We call this piss poor planning on the staff's part. But saying they didn't give themselves enough time doesn't sound professional. 

Conversely, no solid reason was given for this delay, but due to the games mature rating in the US, and 18 rating in Europe some believe it could be running into problems getting certified to be made available for download. This however has not been confirmed by any of the parties involved.

No new date was given for the games release at the time of this articles publication.
